About Tatiana

I have been in technology since 2000 and founded zLinq in 2018. As the CEO, my role is to make sure that we achieve our mission of transforming telecommunications. I am also the Board Chair of our sister company, IQ Wired, and at both organizations am passionate about balancing results with having meaningful human relationships with our clients, employees and shareholders.

I have been working in technology for 25 years, started consulting for zLinq in 2017 and officially joined the team in April 2018. I lead the sales organization, which ultimately means solving telecom challenges for the IT leaders we work with. Our goal is simple, to put a smile on their face by making their lives easier.

I have been in telecommunications for 13+ years, and became a Major Client Services Manager with zLinq in July 2021. About Paula

I have been in the communications industry since 1991, with a mixed skill set in sales, project management, sales leadership, and customer success. I joined the zLinq team as a Major Client Services Manager in January 2022. My background in sales leadership and customer success will allow me to help clients find savings and efficiencies in their technology spend, so they can focus on other areas of their business. I have worked with wireless and wireline carriers on the direct and indirect side of the industry, so I have a great understanding of what our customers are struggling with, so I can offer great solutions to their technology challenges.

Prior to joining zLinq, I worked in SaaS for 7 years, telecommunications for 16 years, and IT training & consulting for 2 years. In those industries I held positions in sales, enablement, and professional services. Before I entered the business world, I was a teacher of English in Osaka, Japan, and a university instructor while in grad school. I am passionate about teaching and learning and am driven to make a difference and help people succeed.

I have spent the last 7 years in sales after graduating with a degree in Biological Sciences, looking for a way to spend less time in a lab and more time face to face with people.
