We have plenty of clients who maintain great relationships with their telecom agent, zLinq is not an agent business model. We work as an extension to your IT team to help manage the full lifecycle of your voice and data assets to solve challenges such as wasted spend, wasted time, and to implement strategic initiatives.
With any new vendor, there will be a front-loaded ramp up time to get zLinq on board. Once zLinq has the necessary data to get started, we pride ourselves on being able to give our clients more time back per week.
